We ship curbside and to nearest gate or driveway, other options are available for a cost, please e-mail us support@dustydeco.com for any special needs and we can get you a quote. 

For custom made furniture and rugs (made to order) you have two days to regret your purchase before our production starts. Unfortunately, after the production is running, there is no opportunity to cancel your purchase. This applies to all our furniture and rugs except for stocked items.

If you bought a good online or outside our store (by phone, mail order), you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. Item must be returned in same condition and in original packaging as when received. Dusty Deco do not stand for the return shipping cost.
