When you purchase something from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
All items are available in SEK and EURO.
VAT is included on all EU orders.

We offer Free Shipping within all EU countries.
*Excluding Islands for which we will provide a Shipping quote after the order is placed.
Non EU countries will be charged with a flat fee for shipping. We ship curbside and to nearest gate or driveway, other options are available for a cost. E-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org for any special needs or if you wish to get a shipping quote.

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org before your return your item. Dusty Deco do not stand for the exchange or return shipping cost.
To RETURN item please follow these procedures;
1. Email email@example.com to let us know about your return. Provide us with your order number and reason for return.
2.Pack the item back in its original packaging with labels. Print or mark your package with your RETURN NUMBER (provided by Dusty Deco support team).
3. Send it back or drop off the item at our warehouse. Let us know the tracking number if the item will be shipped back.

If you bought a good or a service online or outside our store (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel (before being shipped) and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification. Item must be returned in same condition and in original packaging as when received. Dusty Deco do not stand for the return shipping cost. For custom made furniture and rugs (made to order) you have two days to regret your purchase before our production starts. Unfortunately, after the production is running, there is no opportunity to cancel your purchase.
If the item has been damaged during shipping the item will be reconditioned or returned to us. If this issue occur you must sent pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Dusty Deco is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
